Shipping policy

Products will be shipped through the company of Five Times Blue's choosing, unless contacted ahead of time to arrange an alternative. Any additional shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer beforehand. 

Packages will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Five Times Blue is not responsible for any error in the address provided. Please ensure the address is accurate. All packages will be insured and tracked.
