• Q: My kid doesn't fit mass produced clothes. Can you make something that will fit?

A: Yes! Almost anything can be customized. Leave a note in your order telling what modifications are needed. If something isn't possible, I'll let you know. 

• Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately at this time, we only ship within Canada. Stay tuned though! We may be offering it in the future.

• Q: Can you do large orders?

A: Send me a message regarding large orders. It may require a large time to get them done, especially if more fabric needs to be ordered. Payment needs to be made in full before work will begin.

• Q:  Do you give discounts?

A: Yes! There will be sales. If it's not on sale right now, subscribe to the email so you don't miss the next one. 

• Q: Most importantly, how long will it be before I get my stuff?

A: This depends on a lot of factors so there isn't a simple answer. Since items can be customized, they aren't made until you order. That means it can take a couple days to get things done, especially if you're ordering multiple items. Once it's been shipped you'll receive a tracking number.
